We are a diverse team working fully remote, which means you get to challenge conventional wisdom, think globally, and do your best work all from the comfort of your own home office. We're growing fast and searching for those who align with our values, have strong empathy, and get stuff done. We reduce and nearly eliminate tedious admin time, increasing sales performance across the organization.Ĭustomers aren’t the only ones who recognize our worth, top-tier investors like Accel & Craft Ventures have partnered with us as well. How does it work? We provide a beautiful and lightning-fast interface to take notes, record tasks and follow-ups, collaborate and update the status of deals – with everything instantly flowing back into Salesforce. Based on the incredible customer love we’ve received, we have a fantastic start towards dominating this massive opportunity. We believe salespeople deserve to focus on what matters (selling) instead of suffering from tedious data entry. While Salesforce remains one of the most used. We genuinely care about creating a delightful product experience that has a meaningful impact on how revenue teams work. Scratchpad, a company that has built a modern productivity workspace on top of Salesforce, has raised 33 million in a series B round of funding. Amazing product, but even more, AH-mazing service.Scratchpad is the first workspace for revenue teams. I feel like like I have tried every tool out there, but now found THE ONE that will give me back so much time, and truly streamline my process. Scratchpad just changes the whole game for updating salesforce. Updating pipelines, managing leads, keeping good notes, and maintaining CRM hygiene are all things that I KNOW have to be done, but also can be a laborious task. ![]() I live in Salesforce every minute of the day. Even more, I am going to encourage my whole team at BuildFire to use this amazing tool. And by the end of our meeting, I now consider myself married to the product. Mind you, I had been "testing" the product for only 2 days. As one of their Worklflow Specialists, she gave me the most incredible onboarding, got me dialed into the software, and showed me the dozens of ways my Salesforce workflow could be improved. To the folks at Scratchpad!! Amazing product, that is a complete game changer for my current Salesforce workflow!Īnd I want to give an even bigger shoutout to Cassie Adkins. I have been given the opportunity to fly when all I wanted was to just get a chance to run after walking for so long. Scratchpad has forever changed my life in so many immeasurably positive ways. Pouyan Salehi & Cyrus Karbassiyoon have built a company based on values that speak to my heart. It has been an amazing adventure this past year with an even more amazing team. Fast forward less than 8 months, and I was taking on a team lead position! I had led teams as a therapist, and I had been yearning to get back to a place of helping others succeed again. I asked more questions than you can imagine, wanting to know everything there was to know about my new world. Throughout my first month, Sam Brewer, Joey (Joanna) Rockman, Olivia Lynn, Rickman Ryals, and Oscar-Wyett Moore met me with such grace and patience. And I certainly didn't understand what an opportunity was in relation to anything salesy! You can imagine Oscar's face! He did not realize how much lingo was involved in his world! Oscar said to me, "So when an AE goes into Salesforce to update their opportunities." I politely interrupted and asked "What's an AE?" I didn't know what an AE or Account Executive was. In order to be fair to them, they created a new, lower level for me. But, to my surprise, I was offered a job!īefore hiring me, there were two levels of Workflow Specialists. When Diane Garcia reached out to me for an interview, I thought to myself, "did she mean to reach out to ME?" I can remember the laughs she and Oscar-Wyett Moore had at my expense (all in good fun) during the interview process regarding how much I really didn't know about the tech world. ![]() I didn't know what Salesforce was or anything about sales, but hey, why not, right?! "Nope." "Uh, hard pass." "Not a chance." I did find a few that peeked my interest enough to apply. I read boring job description after job description. So I did what any insane person would do and typed in "work from home jobs" into my web browser □ Can you say "mistake?!" I needed something from home and something less emotionally taxing. That teeny bit began to add up after time. I tried so hard not to bring it home with me, but a teeny bit did every day. As an empath, I felt their pain, I felt their trauma, and I felt their joy as they began to recover. I worked with the addicted population for over a decade! I loved what I did almost as much as I loved my clients. The numbers of days I have been a proud teammate at Scratchpad.īefore Scratchpad, I had been a nationally recognized addiction therapist.
